Contract Description:<\/strong> 12 Mo. Contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, consumable materials (rags, etc), tools, equipment, and services required for STS (Ship To Shore), RTG (Rubber Tire Gantry) and RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry) mechanical preventive maintenance, general mechanical, certified welding, and\/or minor electrical repairs and all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other services required for welding and grinding, as required, to realign\/resurface the area at the hinge point and to improve the trolley ride on ship-to-shore container crane(s), at Ocean Terminal, Garden City Terminal, Savannah Transload Facilities and Garden City Terminal West.<\/p>\n

Contract Term:<\/strong> The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor. If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services\/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.<\/p>\n

A Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled. Anyone attending the pre-conference will need to present a valid photo ID upon entrance to the GPA Administration Building.<\/p>\n
